Perfect Magic Editor, is an online service that allows Members to create unique personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with new friends.The services offered by Perfect Magic Editor include any Perfect Magic Editor-branded URL, the Perfect Magic Editor iPhone and Android applications, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by Perfect Magic Editor collectively, the "Perfect Magic Editor Services".
This Terms of Use Agreement, may be modified from time to time, sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Perfect Magic Editor Services. By using or registering the Perfect Magic Editor Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "User" refers to a Member. You are only authorized to use the Perfect Magic Editor Services if you agree to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations , and the terms of this Agreement. If you become aware of misuse of the Perfect Magic Editor Services by any person, please notify Perfect Magic Editor by sending an e-mail to info@reportsplus.net Perfect Magic Editor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Perfect Magic Editor Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. Perfect Magic Editor expressly reserves the right to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Perfect Magic Editor Services if Perfect Magic Editor determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to Perfect Magic Editor and/or its Users.
TO be a member of the Perfect Magic Editor Services you must be 18 (eighteen) years old You warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, you will maintain the accuracy of such information and your use of the Perfect Magic Editor services does not violate any Applicable Law.
You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by going on the menu of the Perfect Magic Editor application choosing options and delete my account Perfect Magic Editor may terminate your Membership at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. Furthermore, Perfect Magic Editor reserves the right, in its sole discretion,to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting including, without limitation, private messages, by you, or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Perfect Magic Editor Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. In addition, Perfect Magic Editor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Perfect Magic Editor Services if Perfect Magic Editor determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to Perfect Magic Editor, business partners and Users.
The Perfect Magic Editor Services are for the personal use of Members. Perfect Magic Editor reserves the right to remove commercial content in its sole discretion. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Perfect Magic Editor Services, including, without limitation, collecting usernames, and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Perfect Magic Editor Website, or employing third party promotional sites or software to promote profiles for money, is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of unauthorized solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice or explanation and may result in termination of Membership . Perfect Magic Editor reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including, without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Perfect Magic Editor Services.
Proprietary Rights in Content on Perfect Magic Editor Services Perfect Magic Editor does not claim any ownership rights in the text,images, photos, or any other materials that you post on or through the Perfect Magic Editor Services. After posting your Content to the Perfect Magic Editor Services you continue to retain any such rights that you may have in your Content, subject to the limited license herein. By displaying or posting any Content on or through the Perfect Magic Editor Services, you hereby grant to Perfect Magic Editor a limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on or through the Perfect Magic Editor Services, or distributing part or all of the Perfect Magic Editor Services in any media formats and through any media channels. After you remove your Content from the Perfect Magic Editor Services, we will cease distribution as soon as practicable, and at such time when distribution ceases, the license will terminate.
The license you grant to Perfect Magic Editor is non-exclusive meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to Perfect Magic Editor, fully-paid and royalty-free meaning that Perfect Magic Editor is not required to pay you for the use on the Perfect Magic Editor Services of the Content that you post, sublicensable so that Perfect Magic Editor is able to use its affiliates, subcontractors and other partners such as Internet content delivery networks and wireless carriers to provide the Perfect Magic Editor Services.
You represent and warrant that: you own the Content posted on or through the Perfect Magic Editor Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license by posting your Content on the Perfect Magic Editor Services and it does not violate the privacy rights, Terms of Service, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. In the instance of a Terms of Service violation, you agree to relinquish all rights to any Content you have posted; Perfect Magic Editor then becomes the sole owner of your Content. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person or entity by reason of any Content posted by you on or through the Perfect Magic Editor Services.
Perfect Magic Editor Services, grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce and display the Content solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Perfect Magic Editor Services.
